A Dartmouth man was recently ticketed for hitting two small children and a woman in a crosswalk on Jan. 16.
The trio was hit just before 2:30 p.m. by a minivan that was turning left on to Victoria Road from Primrose Street. A four-year-old girl was taken to the IWK children’s hospital with significant injuries to her lower body. The four-year-old boy and the women had less severe injuries.
Police issued a ticket on Friday to the driver, a 47-year-old man, for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
