The 42-year-old man who was allegedly operating an excavator high during Wednesday's building collapse at the demolition site of Market and 22nd streets, turned himself in to central detetives today, police announced.

Sean Benschop, of the 4900 block of North 7th Street, will be charged with six counts of involuntary manslaughter, 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of risking a catastrophe.
