Mark Livingston, an executive chef, originally worked as a construction contractor when a friend convinced him to make the move to cooking. His cooking career has spanned a trip to the West Coast where he worked for 15 years.
Now back to his original beginnings, Livingston is settling into his new digs as the executive chef of Eaton Hall in King City. He’s also published a cook book. He eventually wants to open his own restaurant but in the meantime it’s his daily blogspot, livingstoncooks.blogspot.com, that has him trading recipes.
