Massive study gives grist to eating your greens

Eat your greens!

A new, persuasive study from the U.K. has found that eating at least one serving of leafy greens a day can reduce your risk of type-2 diabetes. Though it may sound familiar, there actually hasn’t been much solid, scientific evidence to show that eating more fruits and vegetables is beneficial in reducing chronic disease.

The message: Eat more fruit and vegetables, especially lettuce, spinach, kale, cabbage and cauliflower.
