Joey McColm’s career goal has always been to race professionally in Canada. He’s accomplished that and now he’s wondering what’s next.
“Right now it’s racing for WATCH IT! and going for that championship in the Canadian Tire Series,” said the 24-year-old from Ajax, Ont.
“I think that’s the next goal, realistically.”
McColm has raced in Edmonton once before back in 2007. He finished 14th and he said he’s been dying to get back ever since.
“Edmonton is really unique — it’s pretty much the only road course I’ve ever driven,” he said. “We’re looking for a top 10 this year, of course.”
