Education Minister Karen Casey yesterday voiced her disappointment in the Strait Regional School Board after a public meeting Wednesday night turned into chaos.
The Cape Breton Post reported that Mike Brown, the member from Antigonish, got into a verbal confrontation with another member which ended in the board chair telling him he might have to leave.

“I’ll leave, how’s that?” Brown said, getting up from his chair. “This is bulls__t.”
Casey, who dismantled the Halifax Regional School Board last year for infighting, said she was disturbed by reports of this meeting.
“I’m not prepared to allow that kind of behaviour to be part of our board structure,” she said.
