One word: Mercury.
Imagine thousands of CFL bulbs in a landfill somewhere, leaching toxic mercury into the environment because John-Jane media-zombie believed the false environmentalists with their carbon tax solutions. Not in my household. Let’s focus on real environmental problems. Bee die-off, polluted oceans and genetically-modified produce.
