Take your date to the drive-in without leaving the core of the city. The St. Laurent Shopping Centre is hosting date night tonight with a screening of Sleepless In Seattle.
The parking lot will open at 5 p.m. and all cars must be parked by 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $10 per carload at the mall’s guest services, with all proceeds going to the Overbrook-Forbes Community Resource Centre. There is no cost for people to attend without cars.
The mall is located off the St. Laurent exit on Highway 417. “Everyone seems to have fond memories of the drive-in experience,” said mall marketing director Bernice Rachkowski.
