Check out Perceptions at the City Hall Art Gallery and see the city’s fine art collection in a whole new light.
The exhibit, which opened late last week and runs through Jan. 16, features new works by seven Canadian artists with disabilities and deaf artists and explores how art can be experienced in new and non-traditional ways.

Shahla Bahrami, Emily Comeau, Emily Cook, Lynda Cronin, Angelo Demarsico, Analisa Kiskis, Jolanta Lapiak, Jessica MacCormack, Maggie Wesley and Pamela Witcher have reinterpreted existing artworks from the city’s fine art collection. Their work “asks us to consider how exhibitions can explore diverse perceptions.”
