The Prismatic festival — an event to “celebrate the talents and vision of Canada’s leading culturally diverse artists” — is in full swing today. Organizers call it a stimulating arts experience of dance, music, theatre and visual arts.

Today and Wednesday, the Halifax Praise Choir will serenade folks at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport in a free event at 2:30 p.m. Native Earth Performing Arts, Canada’s oldest professional native theatre company, is performing Almighty Voice and His Wife at the Sir James Dunn Theatre in two shows tonight. Halifax spoken word performer Shauntay Grant will perform Thursday at the Sonic Temple.
