Stop by for spot of tea on the lawn of the Billings Estate. Located at 2100 Cabot St. near Riverside Drive, this beautiful setting is perfect for anyone looking for a calm retreat moments from downtown.
Tea on the Lawn is served Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays noon to 4 p.m. overlooking this National Historic Site’s flower gardens until the end of August.
Visitors are welcome to bring their own snacks or meals to have a picnic on the grounds.
The estate also sells traditional scones with Devonshire cream and jam, finger sandwiches, and other desserts.
