Take me out to the ball game — again and again —as there is plenty of action on the diamond this week in Halifax and Dartmouth.

Dartmouth Moosehead Dry is hosting the Canadian senior baseball championships at Beazley Field and Mainland Common, and they’re not the only local team in the mix — the Halifax Pelham Canadians are competing too.

Things kick off tonight at 6:30 at Beazley Field with the home run derby featuring defending champion Darren Doucette of the Dry.

Action at the 10-team tournament begins tomorrow morning. The championship game will be played Sunday at 7 p.m.
