Until Aug. 29, the Sculptors’ Association of Alberta presents its annual summer show at the Muttart Conservatory.

Visitors will find delightful, unexpected discoveries of sculpture, strategically placed amongst the vegetation. A soapstone grizzly bear lurking beneath the cedars, a carved wooden mask almost hidden by giant leaves, or a colourful mosaic creature sunning itself beside the cacti — these are but a few possibilities visitors may encounter as they wander through the pyramids.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Regular admission applies.
