The real idea is to encourage patrons to discover the wealth of our city’s independent caffeine breweries. With each passport, you are entitled to a coffee or tea from any of the 24 participating shops.
How much do people love this idea? Passport holder Phil Hung maxed out his card in less than a month. No one has seen him since.
