A new photo exhibit captures the work of health-care professionals in unique situations. Beyond Barriers: Photographs From The Frontlines Of Health is running through to Dec. 3. It will be an outdoor display located adjacent to the Tupper Link on Dalhousie University’s campus. It’s an exhibit of stories and images of doctors, nurses, social workers and others working in street clinics, inner-city hospitals, rural community health centres and remote outposts to provide quality health care to the geographically, culturally or socially isolated. It’s hosted by AstraZeneca Canada and the photos were taken by award-winning Canadian photojournalists.
