Blithe Spirit will be on stage for the next three weeks at Neptune Theatre, a comedic play meant to playfully mock the traditions of love, marriage and the concept of death.
The play, by British playwright Noël Coward, tells the story of novelist Charles Condomine, who conducts a seance to gather information for his next book, but has no idea the scheme will backfire.
Instead, he gets a visit from his first wife Elvira, who died seven years ago.
She begins to wreak havoc on the house, since only Charles — now remarried — can see her.
