Toes will tap and heads will bob at the ... museum? Cape Breton fiddler Chrissy Crowley will perform tonight in the Museum of Natural History’s Concerts for Conservation series.

The Margaree performer is raising money for the Friends of the Redtail Society. Its nature awareness camp is under threat of clear-cutting in the area and wants to raise $250,000 to buy the surrounding Acadian forest.

Crowley has released two albums and performed as a Rising Star at the 2008 ECMA conference. She was also nominated three times for the Canadian Folk Music Awards.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $15.
