The pouring of a perfect pint of Stella Artois beer, the company says, is a ritual requiring nine steps: Purification; sacrifice; liquid alchemy; crown; removal; beheading; judgment; bestowal; cleansing. Of the 16 contestants, only two will advance to Toronto to compete in the nationals Sept. 24. The Canadian Draught Master will then be flown to London to try their hand against masters in the world final.
