If you’re looking to cool off this summer and want to take a dip in the water, there’s good news. The Halifax Regional Municipality announced yesterday Black Rock Beach in Point Pleasant Park, the Dingle Beach in Fleming Park, Dartmouth’s Albro Lake and Oakfield Beach are all re-opened for swimming. All four were closed due to high bacteria counts.
