Metro Minute with skyline watching

We’re a city of manifold views, both in the ideological and physical sense. It’s part of what makes Toronto such a great city, but has also left us with zero consensus on the best place to take in our own skyline. Just try to get the same answer out of two people — about anything, for that matter!

And forget obvious suggestions, like the Island. Here are a few unconventional spots you may want to try: 1. The 14th floor of the University of Toronto’s Robarts library; 2. The top of Chapters at Richmond and John; 3. Broadview Avenue, between Danforth and Gerrard. Just be prepared to have your own strong opinion about it.
