Garage Alec

Come see the world premiere of a new play in two languages. This comedy directed by Ron Jenkins focuses on language barriers, and is about a young woman from Calgary, whose car breaks down in Quebec, where she meets a mechanic who speaks only French.

Opening Weekend: A Victorian Celebration

Head down to the opening celebrations of Fort Edmonton Park’s 2010 season. In honour of the birthday of Queen Victoria, the celebrations will have a Victorian theme with music, garden parties, games, and other Victorian activities.

New playwrights take their work from dream to stage at the Walterdale Theater this Friday. These one-at plays were selected from an open competition in 2009, and assisted through to a full production.
