Classic farmhouse architecture meets contemporary interior design at Saddle Creek in Provinceton, the latest development from Morningstar Homes. Situated in the small town of Cloverdale, this 78-home subdivision is the developer’s first “five-star” community.
Saddle Creek homes use design cues from original Surrey farmhouses built a century ago. Among the features are farmhouse-style windows and porch. Expansive gourmet kitchens with granite islands and counters complete the country living look.
“The Saddle Creek community brings together all the positive elements of a rural community atmosphere,” says Morningstar president Dale Barron. “The attractive location and design of the homes inspired us to build a development that fully represents the value of a Morningstar home and that is why Saddle Creek is a five-star community.”
Five spacious open concept floor plans are available and feature three and four bedroom options. Interior amenities include spa-like master ensuites, eco-friendly flooring and carpeting as well as Kohler plumbing fixtures.
“I wanted to pay homage to the agricultural roots of the area while having all the modern living spaces of today,” says Barron. “From the 18-foot ceilings in the great room to the wall of windows overlooking a 10-acre parkland, it really is spectacular. It’s traditional styling on the outside and comfort within.”
Morningstar designed the homes to take full advantage of the land available. Barron says that every home comes fully landscaped, allowing the community to have a uniform look. The landscape architecture provides the new homes with flat yards while the sloping land ensures every home has quality sunset views to the west.
