This “Big Chill Lite” outing made in 2009 has little to recommend it despite the best efforts of Kathleen Robertson, Liane Balaban and Sara Rue. Romance-challenged friends from NYC who experienced 9/11 together gather at a wedding some years later, where past misunderstandings provide fuel for mind games. The tragedy is barely mentioned unless I missed it over the incredibly intrusive music. Long suffering women and idiotic men are so underwritten that “cardboard” would be a compliment.
