With this year’s Pride week themed around the motto “Free To Be,” Capital Health is trumpeting its own slogan: “Free 2B Healthy.”
It will be encouraging this through two panel discussions about access to health care for transgendered people and mental health within gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex communities, and by marching in Saturday’s Pride Parade. It will also be providing information about prideHealth, which offers anonymous HIV testing, transgender health care, and addiction prevention referrals.
