Not everything isn’t as it appears on the 7th Avenue C-Train corridor.
The City of Calgary Public Art program has integrated two new art pieces for patrons of the area, and one in particular is turning heads, according to co-ordinator Stacey Dyck.
“It’s based on personal experience, what the people see and what it really means. If they don’t read the interpretation, they may never know,” Dyck said.
Dyck said Calgarians should check out the piece called Arrival Time – Departure Time; the other piece is called SWARM.
“We’re hoping for feedback from Calgarians on the pieces,” she added.
The pieces are along the 7th Avenue SW C-Train line between 6th and 7th streets. Additional art for the corridor is slated to be released later this year.
