Nine people are facing hundreds of charges after three separate drug busts, according to city police.
On Oct. 29, as the result of a search warrant conducted at a northeast home in connection with a vehicle stop, police seized a Samurai sword and other weapons, $108,985 in cash and crack cocaine.
City police arrested two men during traffic stops in another investigation, resulting in search warrants on two northeast homes, and found crack cocaine worth $61,750 and $15,165 cash.
In a third investigation earlier last week, police found crack cocaine, ecstasy, morphine, marijuana, OxyContin and other drugs as well as weapons, including a non-working crossbow.
Thanh Andrew Mai, 20, Kevin Thanh Mai, 21, Sameh Khalil, 22, Minh Ky Huynh, 27, Thanh Thang Le, 29, Darren James Mellett, 45, John Anthony Pompeo, 29, Michael Joseph Pompeo, 25, and Megan Brye Boyer, 20, all face numerous charges.
The arrests were made after a two-week investigation into cocaine drug trafficking in Districts 4 and 7, by the District 4 Special Duties Team.
