Jeff Richmond, a former bank employee, turned a casual summer tour operation into a full-time venture. His company, Evolve Tours (www.evolvetours.com), is a teen travel camp which takes teenagers on adventure tours to different parts of the world during the summer. He also leads local outdoor trips for school groups. As director, Richmond likes the fact he can combine his teaching and travel skills with his newly minted entrepreneurial skills.
