OWEN SOUND, Ont. – Petr Mrazek made 38 saves, earning the game’s first star, as the Ottawa 67’s defeated the host Owen Sound Attack 3-1 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Tyler Toffoli, Shane Prince and Michal Cajkovsky each scored for the 67’s (31-12-5), who came in with eight wins in their last 10 contests, while Michael Cazzola chipped in with two assists.
Mike Halmo scored the lone goal for the Attack (22-21-6), who have now dropped five straight games.
Jordan Binnington stopped 31 of 33 shots in a losing effort, earning the game’s second star in the process.
Ottawa went 1 for 4 on the power play while Owen Sound failed to score on six opportunities wih the man advantage.
