Jeanne Lottie’s annual Director’s Bag VIP pre-party launch proved the 2006 Toronto International Film Festival party circuit is in high gear. Hosted at Intercontinental Hotel’s Skylounge, film fest movers and shakers mingled in the swank patio surroundings, while Jeanne Lottie designer Jane Ip welcomed her guests with open arms and a few kisses and hugs. Models took to the concrete runway with bags in hand as guests looked on wondering how to score the leather beauties.
