PICKLE KABOBS

Sometimes it’s the simplest ingredients that make Stampede cuisine come to life.

Dill, cheddar, a slight hint of pepperoni — all combined into one taste sensation known as the Bick’s Pickle Kabob.

Who could ask for anything more!

Cocktail party appetizers meet the midway convenience technique of putting food on a stick.

And when it comes to “food on a stick” it really is difficult to go wrong, especially for only $3, a rare midway find.

Most food-filled midway sticks will cost you at least $5, but this pickle kabob was right in my price range, especially after losing all that money betting on the Chucks last night.
