Plan rewards pet owners

Then the city’s five-month-old “I Heart My Pet” rewards program is the way to your heart, says city bylaw director Bill Bruce.

The rewards card helps pet owners who license their animals receive perks at various services such as hotels and restaurants.

“I Heart My Pet” rewards cards are being mailed out to cat and dog owners with their pet’s yearly licensing renewal forms.
