Halifax Regional Police have nabbed the second suspect allegedly involved in shooting up a car in Dartmouth last Wednesday evening.

Staff Sgt. Don Fox said in a news release that officers arrested Adam Michael Crocker, 23, at 3 p.m. Saturday where Highway 118 and Pleasant Street meet. Police arrested the other suspect, 22-year-old Christopher Fillier, just a couple of hours after a shot was fired from one vehicle at the front door of another vehicle on Portland Street at Jersey Drive. No one was injured in the shooting, which police said officers responded to at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Fillier was in Dartmouth provincial court the next day charged with two counts of attempted murder and several weapons related offences, police said. Both suspects are from Dartmouth.
Police were asking for the public’s help in finding Crocker, but also warned that “given the seriousness of this incident, members of the public should not approach this individual or try to take matters into their own hands.”
