Police find key missing piece of evidence in murdered model investigation

BUENA PARK, Calif. – California police have found a key piece of evidence that could shed light on the murder of model Jasmine Fiore.

The Buena Park Police Department say it has located Fiore’s white Mercedes in a parking lot outside a restaurant in Santa Monica.

Fiore and the main suspect in her murder, former reality show contestant Ryan Jenkins, were seen driving in the car not long before her mutilated body was found in a Los Angeles area dumpster.

Jenkins later fled to Canada and was found dead of an apparent suicide in a motel outside of Hope, B.C.

Sgt. William Kohanek has said the car was the final missing link in the investigation.

He says it could answer the question of where Fiore’s murder actually took place.
