Cape Breton Regional Police have identified a man whose body was found in a Sydney apartment Saturday as 31-year-old Ron Boutilier of Glace Bay.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 call at 3:45 p.m. reporting there was a deceased man inside an apartment at 87 Brookland St. in Sydney, according to a release yesterday.

The body was transported to Halifax on Sunday for an autopsy.
The medical examiner’s office has determined there was no foul play but is awaiting further tests to determine the cause of death, the Cape Breton Regional Police said in a release.
Major crime and forensic identification units continue to assist with the investigation to help determine the cause of death, police said.
Police at first had been treating the death as suspicious. The man was staying at the apartment with a friend, police have said.
