Ottawa police are investigating a suspicious incident after two boys were approached in the east end last Friday.
Police said two boys, ages nine and six, were standing in the 2100 block of St Laurent Boulevard when a man driving an older model rusty black Dodge Caravan offered them a ride home.
An adult standing nearby observed the incident and approached the boys. The van left southbound on St. Laurent Boulevard.
Police are seeking a white male in his early 20s with a thin brown moustache, black spiky hair and a shiny stud earring in his right ear.
