Mug shots of two men wanted in the shooting death of 23-year-old Sebastian Herrera were released yesterday afternoon, although police cautioned people not to approach the suspects as they are considered “armed and dangerous.”

Jeffrey Larsen, 28, and Marvin Jarrett, 22, both face previous weapons convictions, according to Toronto police Det. Stacy Gallant.

In a message directed to the suspects, Gallant said: “We are out there looking for you now. You will be found. Do the right thing and turn yourself in to police.”

Herrera was shot in the chest two weeks ago outside the Brunswick House in the Annex, after popping outside for a cigarette along with his girlfriend.

A man who approached them first robbed Herrera, then shot him in the abdomen.

Jarrett is five-foot-nine with light brown hair. Larsen is six-foot-two with black hair in cornrows. Larsen is also wanted in Kelowna, B.C.
