HALIFAX - RCMP confirmed the body found Wednesday afternoon on Upper Governor Road near North Preston is that of a man, and the case is now considered a homicide investigation.
The body was found in the area where Sergei Kostin’s burned-out taxi was discovered in January. Police determined the gender but have not yet identified the body.
