A teenager who left a 15-year-old girl with serious head injuries earlyFriday in the city’s west-end is still being sought by police.
A teenager who left a 15-year-old girl with serious head injuries early Friday in the city’s west-end is still being sought by police.
Police say the girl was walking south from the east side of the Jasper Place Bus Terminal when she was thrown to the ground before being violently punched and kicked several times.
The girl’s purse was taken during the attack and a group of witnesses noticed a female suspect running from the bus terminal, police said.
Police believe their suspect is a young native female who is around 15-years-old with a medium build. The suspect is described as five-foot-six with multi-coloured, shoulder length hair wearing large hoop-style earrings.
