Halifax Regional Police are investigating two incidents of a man masturbating outside different Clayton Park apartment buildings last week.
Police say last Tuesday evening at 8:50 p.m., a woman reported seeing a man outside her apartment on Westridge Drive masturbating.
The next night, police received a report of a similar incident taking place on Tuesday at a nearby apartment on Harlington Crescent at 10:15 p.m.
In both cases, police say the man is described as white, in his 20s, with an average build. He was also wearing a large black coat
