Police are now seeking a black male, approximately 19-20 years old, 5-5 tall with a thin build. He spoke English with a slight accent.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 613-236-1222, ext. 5116, or Crime Stoppers at 613-233-8477 (TIPS).
