Police seek public’s help in finding missing Dartmouth woman

Halifax police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth woman.

Thirty-nine-year-old Tracy Lynn Cooper left a family home where she had been staying in Dartmouth on April 9.

She was seen by a family member on Portland Street on the 11th, but has not been seen or heard from since.

She was reported missing to police April 15.

While there is no reason to believe Cooper has met with foul play, police say, her family is concerned for her well being.

She is described as white, 5’3 with a petite build, reddish-brown shoulder length hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses.

Anyone with information regarding Tracy Cooper’s whereabouts, or anyone who may have seen her, is asked to call police at 490-5016.
