RCMP are seeking two suspects in an armed robbery at a St. Albert 7-Eleven.

On Jan. 23 at approximately 12:17 a.m., two male suspects entered the 7-Eleven Convenience store located on Akins Drive in St. Albert. One of the suspects pushed a clerk out of the way while the other suspect placed a second clerk in a headlock and demanded she open the cash drawer.

The suspects took approximately $100 from the drawer and then fled out of the store on foot. No weapons were involved in the incident and no injuries were sustained by the store employees.

Both of the suspects were described as white males between the ages of 16 and 18. The taller male is believed to be approximately five-foot-10 and the shorter male is believed to be five-foot-five or five-foot-six.

Both males were wearing dark hoodies or jackets and baggy pants. The taller male had his hoodie pulled tight around his face and the shorter suspect was wearing a royal blue skater hat with a round sticker on a flat brim. He also had a black and white handkerchief covering the bottom half of his face.
