Remember the Pomegranate?
The provincial government’s web campaign —about a fake cellphone that would brew your coffee and shave your legs — has gotten more than 560,000 hits from more than 190 countries since its launch this fall.
The province says one company, Ross Screenprint of Antigonish, got a new business lead as a result.
The campaign — reported first in Metro Halifax on Oct. 1 — cost $300,000. It’s designed to get people thinking about moving here.
