An allegation that City of Toronto staff have had parking tickets “fixed” is being investigated by the city’s auditor general.
“An allegation of that nature has been received and is now before the auditor general’s office,” city spokesperson Brad Ross confirmed yesterday. The office is probing a complaint that city staffers submitted tickets to be passed on to a manager to have the fines cancelled.
