A concert promoter has hit Michael Jackson’s estate with a $300 million US lawsuit demanding that it share in any profits from the This Is It documentary hitting theatres later this month, according to Hollyscoop. AllGood Entertainment claims that Jackson’s manager signed a contract barring the singer from performing any other shows, and that the proposed This Is It tour was a violation of that contract. AllGood had tried to convince Jackson to take part in a Jackson 5 reunion planned for next year.
