ProSep wins $13M Gulf of Mexico contract

MONTREAL – Oilfield services company ProSep Inc. (TSX:PRP) has won a $13-million contract to design and supply a seawater treatment and water injection system for a client operating in the Gulf of Mexico.

The project, for installation on a floating production system that will operate in a deepwater field in the gulf, is the company’s third contract award in the region, the Montreal-based firm said Monday.

“After a year of significant order growth we are thrilled to enter 2012 with a large backlog,” added president and CEO Jacques Drouin.

“With this new contract award, one of our largest to date, we expect to achieve record revenues in 2012,” Drouin added.

ProSep is a process solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas industry, designing and manufacturing technologies to separate oil, water and gas generated by oil and gas production.
