Two more candidates have entered the council race.
Carlington Community Association president Michael Kostiuk has registered to run for council in River Ward.
Kostiuk is a geographer and international consultant. Current councillor Maria McRae has not yet registered, but she is expected to run again.
In College Ward, Centrepointe resident Julia Ringma becomes the second candidate to enter the race.
Ringma is trained as a lawyer and has taught legal studies part time at Algonquin College.
Ringma joins John Campbell in the race. The ward is currently represented by Rick Chiarelli, who is expected to run again.
The election will be held Oct. 25.
