After a year of speculation, it’s finally been announced that Simons will replace disgraced couture designer John Galliano at Dior. According to the New York Times, Dior will make an official announcement on Wednesday and Simons’ first collection for the brand will debut on the fall haute couture runway. “The first time I heard about the Dior position I thought, 'This feels right,’” Simons said in an interview to Cathy Horyn.
