A new collection of 49 boutique homes in Fairview answers the strong demand for a new development in that part of Vancouver, the project’s developer says.
Intracorp’s latest development, Spruce, is a limited collection of residences in a striking glass-and-concrete tower at Broadway and Spruce.
Bordered on all sides by thriving neighbourhoods, Fairview is one of the most compelling addresses in town. It’s near Granville Island, the new Olympic Village, the waterfront and South Granville. It’s also just a quick jump across the bridges to downtown.
The boutique homes have nine-foot ceilings, expansive windows, stone slab countertops and engineered hardwood floors for early buyers. According to Intracorp, these homes are “rare and unique” for this part of the city.
The company also says that with Spruce, it aims to create a “stunning new presence” in Fairview at a time when home value in the neighbourhood is on the rise.
The Spruce Presentation Centre is located at 1595 W. Broadway at Fir, on the second floor. It opens this Saturday at 10 a.m.
Intracorp’s portfolio of in-town properties includes Ventana in North Van, the Jacobsen Lofts at South Main, and Pintura and Camera in South Granville.
