A record crowd of about 13,000 took in last weekend’s Nocturne art at night festival, smashing the 2009 high of 9,000.
About 4,000 people used the Metro Transit ferry — almost double an average night. The most visited spot was The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, which saw 6,500 people come through its doors, with another 4,000 going to the large-scale anchor project outside Alderney Landing in Dartmouth.
